By creating an account or using My Lebanese Roots, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal age in your country. Registration information must be accurate. You are responsible for protecting your login information and for activity through your account. You may not impersonate another person or use their information without permission.

Community Conduct

Do not post unlawful, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, harassing, fraudulent or sexually exploitative content; malware or spam; content encouraging violence or illegal activity; or material that violates privacy or intellectual-property rights. My Lebanese Roots LLC may remove content or restrict accounts to protect members, enforce these Terms or comply with law.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post. You grant My Lebanese Roots permission to store, display and distribute it as needed to operate the platform. You confirm that you have the right to share it.

Public and Roots Information

Profiles, posts, comments, photos and Lebanese-roots information may be visible to other members. Roots information is for cultural and community connections and is not proof of citizenship, residence or ancestry. Do not publish information you do not want others to see.

Service and Third Parties

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change or be discontinued. Third-party links and services have their own terms and privacy practices.

Disclaimer and Liability

We do not verify every member, statement, family connection or ancestry claim. To the extent permitted by law, My Lebanese Roots LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, user content or member interactions.

Changes and Governing Law

We may update these Terms and will communicate material changes reasonably. These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, subject to mandatory rights under applicable law.
